Information you share through the contact form
If you use the contact form on this site, you will be asked for your name, email address, and a message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is delivered to my email inbox and is not sold, shared, or used for marketing.
Please note that the contact form and email are not encrypted channels. I ask that you not include personal health information in your message. Anything more personal can wait until we talk directly or connect through my secure client portal.
Scheduling
Online scheduling on this site is provided through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform. When you use the scheduling link, the information you enter is collected and stored by SimplePractice under its own privacy practices and my Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information collected automatically
This website is built on Squarespace, which automatically collects standard technical information from visitors, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location based on IP address. I use this information only in aggregate form to understand how the site is used. Squarespace may use cookies for site functionality and analytics. Third-party services
